Frequently Asked Questions

 

How do I register my child for camp? 

Each week is listed below.  Select the full time or part time option you prefer for each week and follow the prompts through the payment screen.  If you are interested in select days of the week and/or varying sessions per day, please call the studio at 484-902-8865 or email us at studio@craftycorkscrew.com and we will assist you in registering your child for camp.  If you are interested in registering more than one child for camp, please complete the registration process for each child.  Each family will need to complete an Emergency Contact Form on the first day of camp, so please give yourself a few extra minutes.

 

Is there a Wait List for camps that are sold out?    

Yes, we offer a Wait List for each camp week.  If the camp week you desire is full and you are placed on the Wait List, The Crafty Corkscrew will contact you if/when a space becomes available.  We ask that you please keep us informed if your plans should change so that we can move the next family on the list up. 

 

What should my child bring with them to camp each day?

All campers should bring a camp bag or backpack daily:

  • Lunch that does not require refrigeration or a microwave. Lunches should be packed in a small bag or cooler with a reusable frozen ice pack.
  • 2-3 additional snacks
  • A water bottle – we have water fountains on site to refill them

Please ensure that your child is dressed in clothing, footwear, and socks that are suitable for arts & crafts – all our activities have the potential to be messy! 

 

What is the refund policy?  

A lot of time and effort goes into planning 10 weeks of summer camp; however, we understand that things come up.  Cancellations made (6) weeks or more before your scheduled camp week will get a full refund.  Any cancellations made with less than 6 weeks’ notice before your scheduled camp week will be handled on a case by case basis.  We do NOT prorate for missed days or partial attendance.  Typically, refunds are sent within 14 days of request.  No Refund given for No Shows!

 

The following forms must be completed for each child registered for Summer Camp and must be received by The Crafty Corkscrew Staff prior to their first day of camp.
